Trinidad Wiseman's office is where work and play come together, creating a vibrant environment for both productivity and relaxation
Smart companies know that modern offices need to be more than just workspaces since there's no need to come to the office solely for work. When planning our office, we carefully gathered suggestions and feedback to capture important details for everyone working here. You can read more about our thoughtfully designed green office in a previous article.
But today, we want to introduce the newest and most versatile addition to our office space:
Brainery+Spacebar
In October 2022, we grandly opened a lounge, bar, and training area called Brainery+Spacebar. It's available for all our employees to use even outside of working hours. To offer greater flexibility in using the space, we can quickly and conveniently divide it into one or two areas using partitions.
What can't be done in the office can be done in Spacebar
Alongside alcoholic beverages, our bar also offers a wide selection of excellent quality non-alcoholic drinks, cocktail recipes, and ingredients. We received cocktail training and bar inventory advice from Kristo Tomingas, a professional from Butterfly Cocktail Catering.
In Spacebar, you can challenge your colleague to a game of chess, checkers, or table football. We also host popular board game nights here. Additionally, we organize team gatherings called "team kaid," usually including some fun group activities. If you're feeling hungry or in the mood for baking team cookies, our Spacebar is equipped with an oven.
When it's time to celebrate milestones or throw a party, our Spacebar transforms into a cozy lounge where our own colleagues-turned-DJs spin records, and you might even catch a performance by Trinidad Wiseman's all-female band, Voxy Ladies :)
Tell me one thing you can't do in Brainery
As the name suggests, Brainery is our training area where we organize workshops and training sessions for both our employees and clients.

Brainery also hosts meetups for specialists, casual events aimed at our professionals (such as developers, designers, analysts) to share their knowledge. People gather, enjoy good food, share experiences, showcase projects, and introduce new technologies.
It's great fun to cheer on sports events and organize movie nights with colleagues on the big screen.
In addition to gaining new knowledge, we occasionally train the body, mind, and spirit in Brainery through activities like yoga, sound journeys, breathwork, and liberating dance.

When it comes to one of our core values - professionalism - it's important to understand that Trinidad Wiseman is not a family. Instead, you should see us as a top-level sports team. Like a premier club, we give our all to ensure that players can grow and achieve their best results, both individually and as a team.
