Upcoming Events in April and May

Our customers often ask about the events we are attending. Here is a short overview of the events you can catch us at in April and May. The first already tomorrow!

Annual Estonian eCommerce Conference
The conference will be taking place already tomorrow (28.04) and it is probably the largest eCommerce event in the country. Last year we were one of the speakers. This time we will be listening to what others have to say.

Mobile Summit Estonia 2015 Conference
MSE 2015 brings together mobile enthusiasts, developers and clients. I personally will be looking most forward to the presentation from Nokia’s ex-Marketing Director Jarkko Ylikoski about applying psychology to design.

There are also two workshops during the event, the first of which will be given by Trinidad Consulting. In our Mobile UX workshop we will talk about how we can create the perfect app that takes all your customers into consideration, is intuitive, aesthetically beautiful and effective.

Expect plenty of real world examples and discussions. Oh, and after the conference there will also be the announcement of the Best Estonian Mobile App contest winners, followed by an award gala.

Baltic DevOps - 12.05
The largest DevOps conference in the Baltics will be happening already on the 12th of May. This is the first time a DevOps conference has been organized in Estonia and there are some very interesting speakers attending.

Among the speakers there are representatives of SoundCloud, Skype, AppDynamics, Codeborne and many others.

We will be participating as sponsors, showing off the latest and greatest AppDynamics has to offer. AddDynamics VP Jonah Kowall will also join us at the booth after his talk.

There should be some places still left. Registration and more information can be found on Baltic DevOps website.

Latitude59 – 14-15.05
Latitude 59 is to my knowledge the largest start-up conference in the region, second only to Slush. Here you will find start-ups VC’s, angel investors, and everyone else who are connected with the tech sector in one way or another. Great place for networking and getting meaningful contacts.

The discounted passes are all gone, but I believe there are still some spots left at regular prices. Anyway, check it out and perhaps we’ll see you at there.

Global Accessibility Day 2015 Tallinn - 15.05
GAAD 2015 is our own accessibility conference that we are organizing together with EstCHI and Tallinn University. We have invited several speakers from Estonia and abroad, so you can expect good times and plenty of new perspectives. We also wrote a bit more about it in our recent blog post.

There are still some places left, so register and see you at the conference! The event is part of the Estonian ICT Week

See you there! :)
