In collaboration with ESTDEV and Kenyan government agencies and stakeholders, we successfully completed a project analysing and designing public services in Kenya. The Kenyan digital development project is part of Estonia's largest externally funded digitalization initiative in Africa, led by the Estonian Centre for International Development Cooperation (ESTDEV). The project was funded by the Team Europe Initiative's (TEI) program to promote human-centred digitalization, led by GIZ through the Kenya Digital Transformation Centre (DTC), with a budget of 2.4 million euros.

Estonia's leading software development company Helmes signed an agreement to acquire a 75% stake in Trinidad Wiseman. TWN will continue to operate as an independent company and under its own name with existing management.

Trinidad Wiseman has acquired a 47% stake in Intelex Insight, the largest data science, business analytics and machine learning company in the Baltics specializing in the Microsoft BI platform and Power BI. As a result of the transaction, Intelex Insight will become Trinidad Wiseman's machine learning and business analytics centre, enabling the latter to offer new data science-based services to its clients.

The goal of World Usability Day is to inform people about the importance of usability, and we saw that in Estonia, usability and topics related to it were pretty unknown at the time. So, the main reason was to raise awareness about users and user-friendliness.
